I love spending quality time with my husband, but I am also a big fan of girl time, and I don't think Valentine's is an exception. Valentine's should be filled with people you love and there are all sorts of ways to celebrate. Of course, the typical bouquet of flowers and chocolates is nice, but I would be just as happy hosting a girls brunch or going out for brunch and if you happen to have a "special man friend" you can celebrate in the afternoon/evening. In the past, I have sent Valentine's to friends instead of Christmas cards, have made heart pop-tarts which didn't turn out so great and have bought myself flowers and enjoyed them immensely. This year, I am going to share with you a simple card that you can personalize with a simple note and share with whoever you wish!
And just in case you missed my favorite quiche of all time, I have included my easy recipe here that you can make for Sunday brunch! Don't worry, we won't leave you hanging, Carly has a beautiful pink bubbly drink coming this Friday that will be perfect with a Spinach & Gruyere cheese. So get out your pretty dishes, that only your girlfriends will appreciate and have a beautiful Sunday, Valentine's brunch!
