2 Tbs. softened lemon sorbet
1 oz. Chambord or raspberry liqueur
3-5 oz. chilled prosecco (or champagne)
raspberries, lemon peel, or mint sprig for garnish
- Combine the lemon sorbet and Chambord in the bottom of a chilled champagne flute.
- Slowly pour in the prosecco or champagne. Take your time with this as the combination of ingredients tends to foam up very quickly!
- Skewer or drop the raspberries or other garnish into the drink.
- Enjoy! You may find yourself doing a little dance of joy as the sweet tangy flavors of the cocktail hit your tongue!
